Concrete contractors mainly use the flaw sawing technique to cut through surfaces horizontally. It is one of the most sophisticated processes in concrete cutting that uses a 400Hz electric saw for cutting cement. This process used to cut floors, bridge decks, and expansion joints including the pavement section.
